我国珠三角地区,是我国经济发达地区之一,金融聚集现象也较为明显。因此对本地区金融聚集现象进行分析可以更加透彻的了解金融聚集的正负效应,从而有效的规避风险。了解金融聚集所带来的利弊,引导金融市场的发展。对金融发展与区域经济增长进行更透彻的研究,为我国经济发展提供一份宝贵的意见。

Abstract

在经济、金融全球化的背景下,金融业空间集聚的趋势日益凸显,而且通过与实体经济和其他产业的相互促进,逐步形成金融产业集群,这不仅提高了金融的创新速度和效率、降低交易成本,而且还通过集聚效应促进经济增长。为此,国内外许多学者对金融集聚效应问题进行过研究。国外学者的研究最早可以追溯到对产业集聚效应和针对金融发展与经济增长关系的研究。对金融集聚效应直接进行研究主要是从信息流和“不对称信息”角度、从金融组织的微观视角、从金融集聚效应产生的机理角度进行研究,并对金融集聚产生的负效应做出了讨论。
