【摘要】目的:分析脂肪因子与妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法:将我院于2015年2月至2016年2月期间收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者纳入此研究中,随后抽取同期60例正常孕妇患者以及60例正常非妊娠期妇女纳入此研究中,所有入院人员均进行脂肪因子检测,比对其检测结果。结果:妊娠糖尿病患者的FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平显著升高,明显高于其他两组,同时血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平与胰岛素抵抗之间的数据相比较而言,统计学意义产生(P<)。结论:脂肪因子与妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗之间存在一定的联系。

Fat factor and of the relationship between gestational diabetes insulin resistance
【Abstract】Objective To analysis the fat factor and the relationship between the gestational diabetes insulin resistance. Methods Our hospital from February 2015 to February 2015 admitted during the period of 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were included in this study, then extract the corresponding period of 60 patients with normal pregnant women and 60 cases of normal non pregnancy women included in this study, fat factor tests all hospital staff, compare the test results. Results Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus significantly increased levels of FBG, FINS, HOMA IR, significantly higher than the other two groups, and serum retinol binding protein 4 level and insulin resistance between parison,
generated statistical significance (P&lt;). Conclusion Fat factor and there is a certain relationship between gestational diabetes insulin resistance.
