【摘要】芍药内酯苷为常用中药白芍的有效成分之一,是一种单萜苷类化合物。近年来,对芍药内酯苷的研究逐渐增多,发现其相比于白芍中有效成分含量最高的芍药苷,在补血、抗抑郁等方面更有效果。为了进一步开发其药用价值,通过查阅文献,并结合作者所在单位对白芍总苷胶囊的多年研究积累,对其开发现状予以综述。

【Abstract】Peony lactone glycosides as monly used one of the effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine radix paeoniae alba, it is a kind of monoterpene pounds. In recent years, the study of paeonia lactiflora lactone glycosides, found its position the highest levels of paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba, in blood, the more effective antidepressant, etc. In order to further develop its medicinal value, through the literature, bined with the author place unit of radix paeoniae alba total glycosides capsules research accumulated for many years, in this paper, the present situation of the development were reviewed.

芍药内酯苷是中药白芍中含量位居第二的活性成分,也是白芍与赤芍区分的
特征性指标成分[1]。近年来,随着对其药效学研究的深入,发现芍药内酯苷具有区别于芍药苷的独特的药效特点,在补血、抗抑郁、糖尿病潜在治疗方面,具有优于芍药苷的药效特点。并具有镇痛、抗惊厥、抗炎护肝的作用[2]。随着国内外学者研究的逐渐深入,对于芍药内脂苷的研究在制备工艺、成分分析、药代动力学及药理学等方面取得了很多成果,且未见有专门对芍药内酯苷研究进展的报道,因此本文对国内10年来对芍药内酯苷研究进展进
