摘要

中汽协统计数据显示,到2010年我国汽车保有量将达到5600万辆,。汽车销售量的迅速增加给汽车的售后服务带来了机遇和挑战。据悉,国外成熟的汽车4S店的经营盈利模式是汽车销售占30%,售后服务占60%,其他仅占10%。可见,汽车售后服务市场其实是汽车产业链中最稳定的利润,在美国被誉为“黄金产业”,甚至可占据总利润的60%至70%。正是意识到了这一点,汽车4S店经销商们已经开始将竞争的重点由汽车销售向汽车售后服务转移。但是,我国汽车4S店的售后服务并不成熟规范,还存在着很多问题。

ABSTRACT

ZhongQi association statistics shoillion by 2020, China civil car quantities obile service brought the opportunity and the challenge. The car is mature, overseas business profit pattern of 4S inn is 30% automobile sales and after-sales service 60%, other only 10%.
