旋2转2 机械综合实验台测试数据采集系统设计

摘要: 以 LabVIEW 为开发平台,针对旋转机械的各种测试数据,使用 NI 公司的数据采集卡, 开发了测试数据采集
系统;实现了测试数据的采集,远程关系数据库的存储和实时显示功能。同时利用 TDMS 文件为桥梁,解决了当数据采
集采样率较高、采样点数较多时,大量数据写入关系数据库的效率与数据高采样率不匹配的问题,并通过实验证明此系
统测试效果良好。

Designed Acquisition and Storage System of Rotating Machinery
Experimental Platform’s Test Data

Abstract : Based on Development Platform of LabVIEW , the acquisition and storage system of Rotating Machinery Experi
mental Platform’s test data is researched , which realizes corresponding parameter acquisition , storage of remote relation
database and real time display by using NI A/ D cards. This system solves the problem cased by rate mismatch between lower
rata of data insert into relational database with massive Data and higher sampling rate of data with higher sampling rata and
more sampling number , applying TDMS Files. In the end , the experiment proves that the system makes a good test.
