【中文摘要】《英语课程标准》的核心理念是以人为本,强调在面向全体学生的同时,关注每个学生。但事实上,不同的学****者对语言的熟练程度相差甚远,原因之一就是学****者的个体差异直接或间接地影响着学****进度和学****效果。英语教学改革强调以学生为中心,英语教师首先要理解学生的个体差异,尊重学生的个体差异,利用学生的个体差异,并适时地、适当地弥补学生的个体差异所造成的负面影响,这是我们英语教师有待努力的方向之一。个体差异的研究目的就是要与英语教师共同探讨学生之间的多方面差异性,对以往的教学进行反思,并在教学过程中不断创造条件,促使个性差异的积极因素不断发展,化解消极因素为积极因素,因材施教,从而使英语教学达到少时高效的效果。
