Let students know how to talk about payment properly
Part One:Important Expressions in Background Knowledge
Generally speaking, there are three main modes of payment used in international payment. First is Remittance. Second is Collection. Third is Letter of credit.

Revocable letter of credit (Revocable L/C) is to point to the issuing bank to open the L/C don't have the permission of the beneficiary or the interested party, shall have the right to revoke or modify the L/C at any time.

Irrevocable letter of credit is to point to the issuing bank is opened, in the period of validity without the consent of the beneficiary or the negotiating bank and related parties, shall not be arbitrarily modify or revoke the l/c; Provide relevant documents as stipulated in the l/c as long as the beneficiary , the issuing bank (or its designated bank) to ensure that pay the payment for goods.

B:远期还是即期信用证?
A: 即期的吧。
B:好的,我会向经理汇报此事,稍后再联系你。

B:能说具体点吗?
A:我是说为了方便做生意,你们不妨考虑接受承兑交单的支付方式。
B:喔。那种方式风险很大,所以我们只接受信用证。
A:这么说我们没有选择别的办法只有同意了?
B:是的。我提议用30天的信用证支付比较好。
A:你真会讨价还价。我准备接受30天远期信用证。
