摘要
在市场经济迅猛发展的今天,中国经济环境发生 了剧变。信息技术的发展,一方面给企业提供了更好 的成本控制手段;另一方面,使得全球经济一体化进程 加速,市场需求瞬息万变,竞争变得异常激烈。成本优势的取得对于一个企业的生存更加重要,而成本优势 的取得绝不限于成本本身,应从管理的高度去挖掘降低成本和获取效益的潜力。企业文化对企业的生存和发展的作用越来越大,成为企业管理当中的核心要素。在中国,对成本控制的研 究和应用更是迫在眉睫的任务,企业管理者要及时转 变传统狭隘的成本观念,企业文化与企业的生存、发展紧密相连,所以构建企业文化,也成为建立现代企业管理体制必不可少的关键因素。结合企业实际情况,充分运用现代先进成本管理方法增强企业在全球市场的竞争力。

Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises in China's national economy and social life occupies an important position. Small and medium-sized enterprise development and the firms' investment decisions have close relations, due to small and medium-sized enterprise investment activities of frequent and risk. Investment decisions are small and medium-sized enterprise investment activities necessary stage. Small and medium-sized enterprise investment decision is based on prehensive analysis of the investment project, is based on scientific decision-making theory and methodology in the investment field. Small and medium-sized enterprise investment decision according to their actual formulate realistic decision, in addition to consider the factors influencing investment in enterprises, the overall development strategy must be guided by the investment strategy choice, based on the principle of concrete, obedience and services in the enterprise development strategy. Enterprise investment decision is the enterprise survival and development, this article through the important content of the investment subject status and clear responsibility, good investment economic indicators of calculation, grasp the investment decision should pay attention to the important aspects, attempts to establish a strict, scientific and practical investment decision-making system, enterprise long-term investment decision and management of the biggest benefit.
