摘要:目的分析灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理存在的问题并提出解决策略,为建立适合我国国情的灾害救援护理人力资源组织管理机制提供借鉴。方法采用质性研究的方法,,采取Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理与分析。结果灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理涉及的内容包括灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织、灾害救援需具备的相关知识与技能、灾害救援中协调作战能力等。结论加强灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理研究已迫在眉睫,笔者建议以手术室专委会为支撑,建立区域性手术室专科人力资源协作网络,达到从源头上改善护理救援人力资源不足、救灾知识技能缺乏、救援协调作战能力低等关键因素目的。

Abstract: Objective analysis of the operating room care and disaster anization and management of human resources problems and propose solutions to policy, with a view to establishing suitable for China's disaster anization of nursing human resources management system for reference. Methods of qualitative research methods, for the province participated in medical relief of the eight units of 24 operating room nurses for in-depth interviews , take Colaizzi 7-step analysis of the data collation and analysis. The results of disaster anization and management of operating room nursing human resources involved in disaster relief including operating room nursing human anization, disaster relief need to have the relevant knowledge and skills to coordinate disaster relief operations capability. Conclusion strengthen disaster anization operating room nursing human resources management research is imminent, I propose the mittee for the support to the operating room, operating room to establish a regional work of specialist
