摘要
随着我国经济发展,中小企业的数量不断增多,其在我国经济中的作用也越来越重要,然而长期以来中小企业的融资问题作为制约着中小企业发展、壮大的突出问题一直存在。无论是在发达国家还是在发展中国家,中小企业都是经济发展中的重要组成部分,是当代经济生活中最为活跃的力量,其作用和地位不可忽视。但是由于中小企业自身存在的问题以及外部环境方面的问题,导致了中小企业的融资困难,进而制约了我国中小企业的发展。本文首先对我国中小企业的分类、发展历史以及我国小额贷款公司的发展历程进行了回顾。然后指出了一些常见的中小企业融资问题,并分析其产生的原因与由来。最后提出了解决办法和建议。

Abstract
As China's economic development, the number of SMEs growing, its role in our economy is more and more important, however, as the financing of SMEs has long restricted the development of SMEs, to grow and to highlight the problem persists. Whether in developed or developing countries, SMEs are the economic development an important part of contemporary economic life of the most active forces, their role and status can not be ignored. However, due to their own problems of SMEs and the problems of external environment, leading to financing difficulties of SMEs, thus restricting the development of China's SMEs. Firstly, the classification of SMEs in China, the development of small pany history and the development process were reviewed. Then it points out some of mon problems of SME financing, and analyze the cause and the origin of their produce. Finally, the
solutions and mendations.

绪论
如何解决中小企业的融资问题一直都在进行研究中,但由于我国的经济和金融市场制约的结构和发展,研究大多停留在理论层面,中小企业的融资并没有得到根本解决,融资仍是大多数中小企业所面临的巨大挑战。
本文以中小企业作为研究的主要对象,以找出和解决中小企业融资问题作为研究主要目的。通过前期的资料收集,问题分析,发现了我国中小企业融资出现的问题以及这些问题产生的原因。然后探讨了我国小额贷款公司的发展以及演变。最后就如何通过小额贷款公司来解决中小企业融资问题提出了政策建议与结论总结。
