自动称重系统的恒流量控制采用PID调节,流量计量控制是计量偏差与变频调速的结合。依据系统工艺流程本设计介绍了配料系统的流量控制方式和系统控制过程,详细讲述了PLC的选型及PLC配料系统变频控制中的硬件设置、参数设定和软件设计过程。
自动称重控制系统是指运用各种自动控制技术完成多种原料的称重、配比、混合、运送等相应工艺要求的控制系统。稳定性、准确性是系统必备的要素。该系统在工业生产中常以单片机或者可编程控制器(PLC)来完成控制功能。然而,以单片机实现的控制系统在安全、控制准确度、管理功能、可靠及抗干扰的性能上要稍逊色于PLC。而PLC的性能比较稳定,它的抗干扰能力突出,可以用在环境比较恶劣的工作环境中。为此,在工业生产中大力开发使用PLC完成控制功能的调速配料系统是非常必要的。本设计主要以烧结机的自动称重配料系统为研究对象进行设计,完成以PLC为控制器的调速配料系统的硬件设计。

Title: Design of weighing system of automatic production line based on PLC
Abstract:
Automatic weighing system of constant flow control uses PID regulator, flow metering control bined with the measurement bias and frequency conversion timing. According to the system the design process describes the control process and system flow control system, a detailed account of the variable frequency control and selection of PLC blending system PLC in the hardware configuration, software design and process parameter setting.
Automatic weighing control system is a control system using the various requirements of the corresponding process of weighing, mixing, transportation and automatic control technology plete a variety of raw materials. Stability, accuracy is essential factor system. The system in industrial production is often the MCU or programmable controller (PLC) plete the control function. However, the MCU control system in security, control accuracy, management function, reliability and anti-jamming performance is slightly inferior to PLC. While the PLC performance is stable, its anti-interference ability is outstanding, can be used in the environment of relatively poor working environment. Therefore, in the industrial production and vigorously develop the use of PLC plete the speed batching system control function is very necessary.
