摘    要:
目的:探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌的合理化疗方案选择。方法:收治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例, 分为研究组(接受多西他赛联合顺铂治疗) 和对照组(吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗) 。两组随访2年, 对比两组治疗后6个月临床缓解情况、2年生存率。结果:两组治疗后6个月临床缓解情况比较, 差异有统计学意义(P<) ;研究组和对照组2年生存率分别为28%、12%, 差异有统计学意义(P<) 。结论:多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效优于吉西他滨联合顺铂方案, 患者预后更好。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the rational chemotherapy regimen for advanced non-small cell lung :80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were were divided into the study group (treated with docetaxel and cisplatin) and the control group (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) .The two groups were followed up for 2 years, the clinical remission rate, 2 year survival rate pared between groups after 6 months of :There was significant difference in clinical remission between groups after 6 months treatment (P<) .The 2 year survival rates of the study group and the control group were 28% and 12% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<) .Conclusion:bined with cisplatin is superior to gemcitabine and cisplatin
