摘    要:
目的观察非布司他治疗痛风的临床疗效及安全性。方法收集2015年6月-2017年3月在医院门诊就诊的症状性痛风患者136例, 随机分为观察组和对照组各68例, 观察组予以非布司他治疗, 对照组予以别嘌呤醇治疗, 观察2组治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比较, 2组患者治疗后血尿酸水平均有所下降, 且观察组治疗后血尿酸水平明显低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<) 。% (46/68) % (31/68) , 差异有统计学意义(P<) 。%%, 差异有统计学意义(χ2=, P<) 。结论非布司他治疗痛风的临床疗效良好, 安全性高, 值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of febuxostat in treatment of gout. Methods 136 cases of patients with symptomatic gout enrolled in the hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were collected, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in each group.
