【摘要】本文论述了军队中小医院持续发展方法研究课题设计回顾的基本情况。研究的主要内容是:争创为部队服务先进医院,塑造医院文化,强势推行为病人亲情服务,谋划共赢策略,抓医疗安全,探索医院持续发展的影响力。用战备训练牵引医院管理创新、科研创新,走军民融合式发展路子。课题设计研究的主要目的是使医院全面建设在得到持续发展的基础上,要达到三级甲等医院的标准,医院全面建设上新台阶。

Abstract The basic situation of the retrospective studies of projects design about the methods of persistent development of middle and small military hospital was analyzed in this paper. The main contents of this study were about: firstly, strive for been advanced hospital for given better service for the army; secondly, construct hospital culture; thirdly, all the staff must treat the patients as their family members; fourthly, formulate the strategy for all win; fifthly, do their best to guarantee hospital safety; sixthly, explore the influence factor of persistent development of middle and small military hospital; seventhly, promote innovation of hospital administration and scientific research bat readiness training and make a confluent developed route between the army and the people.
