跨临界 CO2 汽车空调内部换热器研究

摘
要
在跨临界 CO2 汽车空调系统中, 内部换热器是主要的传热部件。本文提出螺旋肋片套管式内部换
热器这一设想; 并对其换热特性进行数值模拟分析, 与光滑套管式换热器及直肋片套管式换热器的换热性
能相比, 螺旋肋片套管式内部换热器的换热效率分别提高 44. 18% 和 16. 4% ; 最后对所提出的内部换热器
的结构强度进行计算分析。
