种植义齿修复第二磨牙缺失的咀嚼功能测定分析

R猐目的:评价种植义齿修复第二磨牙缺失的咀嚼功能。方法:以天然牙列例为对照组,采用改良分光度法测
量例患者种植义齿的前、后咀嚼效能。同时对患者种植义齿修复后咀嚼功能的满意度进行调查。分析患者种
植义齿单冠的咀嚼效能与其咀嚼功能问卷调查得分的相关性。结果:种植义齿单冠修复的咀嚼效能与天然牙列元
统计性差异,患者对种植义齿单冠修复的咀嚼效能做出了肯定的回答。结论:种植义齿单冠修复第二磨牙的咀嚼
效能与天然牙列咀嚼效能相似。咀嚼功能问卷调查满意,是第二磨牙缺失修复的首选方法。
