仓储企业向第三方物流企业发展策略探讨

摘要
物流,供应链上举足轻重的环节,作为第三利润源,越来越多的受到了关注。目前,越来越多的企业开始选择第三方物流企业作为自己的合作伙伴。我国加入WTO,物流业市场逐步对外开放,而发达国家先进企业的物流模式正快速向第三方物流转变,国外第三方物流服务商的规模和服务范围越来越大,对我国传统储运业带来巨大冲击。我国传统物流企业如何向第三方物流转变、具体怎样转变,转变后如何更好适应市场,也成了诸多物流企业的研究课题。
本文通过查阅多方资料、搜索数据,经过汇编整合,介绍了第三方物流与仓储物流的基本概念,分析了我国第三方物流以及仓储业的现状、发展的诸多问题,对比了国内外第三方物流市场现状,并且提出了仓储企业有效转化为第三方物流的策略,通过“人、财、技、制”等方面来解决目前我国第三方物流及仓储业存在的问题,从而达到提高我国仓储业竞争力,加速仓储业向第三方物流转变的目的。

Abstract
An important link in the logistics, supply chain, as the third profit source, more and more by the concern. At present, more and panies are choosing third-party panies as their partners. China's accession to the WTO, the market is gradually opening up of the logistics industry, logistics mode of the advanced enterprises of developed countries is rapidly transition to the third party logistics, increasing the size and scope of services of foreign third-party logistics service providers, traditional storage and transportation industry with to the huge impact. China's logistics enterprises shift to third-party logistics, specifically how to change, how to better adapt to market change, has e a research topic of many logistics enterprises.
Article through access to multi-party data, search data, after assembly integration, introduces the basic concepts of third-party logistics and warehousing and logistics, analysis of the status quo of China's third-party logistics and warehousing industry, the development of many problems, compared to third-party logistics market at home and abroad the status quo, and warehousing enterprises are effectively translated into third-party logistics strategy, "human, financial, technology, the system" to solve the problems of our third-party logistics and warehousing industry, so as to improve petitiveness of China's storage industry the purpose of the accelerated s
