Sima Yi-- chongda (179-251)
He was born in Henan province. During the Three kingdoms period, he was the Wei military counsellor(军师).
At last he defeated Zhuge Liang and fully controled the country.
In 220 Cao Cao died , in the same year, Cao Pi became the emperor. Sima Yi won Caopi's trust and since then he helped Caopi govern the country by using a lot of tricks.
Cao Pi died in May 226. In August, Sun Quan captured Sima Yi and killed Zhangba.
As Sima Yi is mentioned here, we have to talk about "the empty city ".
When Masu lost Jieting, Sima Yi was ordered to attack the Xicheng, but Zhuge Liang had no army. S
