摘要
在留守儿童工作方面,传统的工作视角是问题视角也称之为缺陷视角是以问题为核心,强调将关注点聚焦在留守儿童所面临的问题上,而忽视了一种新的视角:关注于挖掘留守儿童优势的优势视角。运用优势视角的理论和技巧,关注留守儿童所具有的优势、兴趣、能力、知识与技能,可以帮助他们发现自身拥有的资源,激发他们的潜能和抗逆力,来提高他们面对挫折和困难的能力,更好地成长与发展。本文通过对留守儿童的一个主群体——留守学生的调查研究,来试图说明优势视角及社会工作介入模式是当前推进留守儿童工作的更为合理的视角和模式。

Abstract
In the left-behind children, perspective on traditional work perspective is also called the defect angle is the core problem, stressing the concern focused on the problems faced by children left behind, to the neglect of a new perspective: focus on mining perspective of advantages of left-behind children's advantage. Using advantage theory from the perspective and skills, focus on children left the strengths, interests, abilities, knowledge and skills, you can help them find their resources, stimulate their potential and resilience, to improve their ability to face the setbacks and difficulties, better growth and development. This article on a group of left-behind children--survey of students left behind, to try to show advantages of perspective and its operating mode is currently promoting more rational perspective and patterns of left-behind children.
