摘要:近年来,随着我国粮食产量的逐年升高,粮食安全问题越来越退居次为,越来越被人们所忽略;随着我国城市化进程的日益加快,我们对其关注也日益增加,而城市化过程中所出现的一些问题也越来越多的被归结到了其他的地方,18亿亩耕地红线就是一个很好的“替罪羊”。但事实真的如此吗?红之为红,不是因其引人注目,而是因为一旦违反之后,其后果之重,其代价之惨烈。
Abstract : In recent years, as China's grain output increased year by year, the issue of food security is less and less important, more and more people ignore; with the ever-accelerating process of urbanization in China, we also increasing attention, but the e from urbanization process more and more be attributed to other places, at the same time 18 million hectares of arable land red line is a good “scapegoat”. 一近年来我国粮食生产现状:
首先,引用国家统计局的数据,如下图、表所示,2011年全年粮食总产量达到57121万吨,%,创造历史最高水平,连续5年产量超过5亿吨。其中,夏粮产量12627万吨,%;早稻3276万吨,%;秋粮41218万吨,%。
针对以上数据有以下几个特点:一是我国近年来第一次实现了夏粮、早稻和秋粮的全面增产。二是粮食产量实现八连增,,比2010年增加2473万吨,%,粮食产量增产速度2005年以来仅次于2008年。三是主要三种农作物稻谷、小麦和玉米全面实现增产,粮食生产结构得到进一步改善。其中,稻谷总产量突破2亿吨大关,达20100万吨,%;小麦总产量11740万吨,%;玉米总产量19278万吨,%。
