二甲双胍与维生素 B12 吸收障碍及其干预

【摘要】二甲双胍是 2 型糖尿病患者的首选口服降糖药,然而,研究表明长期使用二甲双胍治疗可致维生素 B12 吸收障碍,因此,尽早识别并治疗维生素 B12 缺乏是二甲双胍安全使用的重要环节。本文就二甲双胍与维生素 B12 吸收障碍的关系及其干预进行综述。
