船用电动调节阀运行中的常见故障分析

摘
要:
以船用电动调节阀运行中的几个常见故障为例, 针对调节阀无法电动操作、卡阀、电动执行机构空转
而阀门不动作、电动调节阀频繁振荡等现象, 分别进行了原因分析, 并给出了处理建议。希望对船用电动调节阀的设
计师和用户有所借鉴和启迪, 尽量避免和减少问题的发生, 进一步提高船用电动调节阀的设计和应用水平。

Abstract:
T aking exam p le of the m on failure in the operation ofm arine electic regulating
valve, this paper analyzes the causes of unable operating e lectrica lly, b locking o f va lve, id ling of e lectric
actuator, surg ing of electric regulating valve. Then the settling adv ice are g iven as the reference and
en lightenm ent to the designers and custom ers of the e lectric regu lating valve. The fa ilure is avo ided and
reduced as m uch as possible. The level o f design and application are further im proved for the m arine e lectric
regu lating valve.
