Configuration LABS Overview
Introduction The goal of these hands-on exercises is to familiarize you with using ponents
for a typical Application Streaming deployment. ponents have already been
installed for you. The CPS server, the Application Profiler and the Streaming
Client are installed on three separate virtual machines to simulate a typical
environment.
You will perform the following tasks:
1. Create Web Interface sites for Streamed Application Icons
2. Profile an application using the Profiler
3. Publish an application for streaming
4. Stream the application from a client device
5. Troubleshoot and Debug an Application Specific issue

Before You The base machine is running 3 virtual machines with work cards in NAT

Lab 1: Create the PNagent Site
Introduction Application Streaming uses Web Interface to deliver application icons to a web
browser or Program Neighborhood Agent client. When users click an icon for a
desktop streamed application, the application is streamed to their device instead of
initiating an ICA session as with Presentation Server.
For traditional Presentation Server applications, Web Interface produces an ICA file
with instructions on how to access the application on a remote Presentation Server.
