摘要由于全球变暖、气候异常等环境问题,在热泵、空调和制冷系统中需寻找新的、环保的制冷工质,
CO2 作为自然制冷工质在热泵系统中受到人们的关注,但 CO2 冷媒由于其运行压力高,在旋转式压缩机运
用中需解决滑片磨耗大的问题。本文通过在滑片上进行 DLC 膜涂层,研究滑片上 DLC 涂层的各种特性,并
通过压缩机实机进行耐久试验。结果表明,通过控制 DLC 涂层的工艺,可以得到低摩擦系数、高硬度的耐
磨滑片,满足 CO2 压缩机的使用需要。

THE APPLICATION OF DLC (DIAMOND LIKE CARBON) BLADE IN PRESSOR

Abstract Due to many environment questions such as the global warming, climate abnormality and so on, it
needs to seek for new and environmental harmfulless refrigerant in heatpump, air-conditioner and refrigerant
system. CO2 as the natural refrigerant is attracted more and more attention, but because of its high pressure in
pressor, it’s need to solve the big wear problem. The paper studied the characteristic of DLC(diamond
like carbon) film coated on the blade and the reliability through pressor. We found that the DLC-coated
blade had antiwear feature with low coefficient of friction and high hardness, and was very suitable in the
application in pressor.
