摘要介绍离心式冷水机组在原有的制冷能力之上增加了热回收应用,从而可以对冷水机组的冷凝热
(通常由冷却塔排入大气)进行回收。通过对离心式热回收冷水机组运行工况、压头数据的分析,及对机
组的□分析来体现机组的综合节能状况,证明在各类实际工程应用中选择合理配置的离心式热回收冷水机
组对于节能和能量的再利用具有重要的意义。

EVALUATION FOR ENERGY SAVING ON CENTRIFUGAL CHILLER IN
HEAT RECOVERY APPLICATION

Abstract Heat recovery application has been added on the centrifugal chiller which is mainly focus on cooling.
It could recover condensation heat for customer using instead of discharging into the atmosphere through cooling
tower which would caused heat pollution and energy waste. The analysis and research according to the chillers’
operation condition and its head pressure have been done in this text. The exergy analysis also has been done to
reflect integrated energy saving. All this could improve that select a reasonable heat recovery chiller should be
very important to energy saving and recycling.
