摘要
近两年,我国的起重机发展迅速,在各个领域的应用也日趋广泛,但与世界先进水平还有一定的差距,主要原因是国内配套零部件落后,材质差,再有就是制造工艺水平低。
本文对QY20B汽车起重机的设计做了研究,就汽车起重机整车做了大概的分析和论述,就汽车起重机卷筒机构进行了设计,对于中、小型汽车起重机的发展具有一定的积极意义
QY20B型汽车起重机液压系统的设计是该型起重机设计过程中最关键的一步。本文根据液压系统的技术指标对该系统进行整体方案设计,对其功能和工作原理进行分析,初步确定了系统各回路的基本结构及主要元件,按照所给机构性能参数和液压性能参数进行元件的选择计算,通过对系统性能的验算和发热校核,以满足该起重机所要达到的要求。

ABSTRACT
In the recent two years, our country hoist crane development rapid, in each domain application also day by day widespread, but also has the certain disparity with the world advanced level, the main reason is the domestic necessary spare part backward, material quality bad, again has is makes the technological level to be low.
This article has done the research to the QY20B autohoist design, the autohoist entire vehicle has made the general analysis and the elaboration, the autohoist anization has carried on the design, , regarding the center, the small autohoist development had the certain positive sense.
