Comparisons of activities of the Pd and ******@Pt catalysts 44 The specific activities measured at V using the rotating disk electrode (RDE) method at 1600 r·min -1 by normalizing the ic currents against the electrochemical active areas calculated from the Cu UPD charges. The Pt loadings were: μg for cubic ******@Pt/C; μg for octahedral ******@Pt; μg for conventional ******@Pt/C; and 34 μg for Pt/C. The particle sizes were and 6 nm for conventional Pd/C and Pt/C, respectively.
