摘
要: 在海洋渔业中, 存在着自然状态的不确定性, 这会引起人的行为的不确定性, 进而引起资

Uncertainty, Risk and Their Effects in Marine Fishery

M any natural fac t ors t hat are uncertain may lead to the uncert ainty in a person s behavior and that of it s eff ect. T he variabilit y in natural f act ors and uncertaint y in person s behavior may arouse the uncert ainty of t he supply of t he resource unit s. T he uncert aint y indicates that the expect ant of a f ishman s behavior w ill have risks and t hat the f ishmen alw ays try t o evade t he risks to reduce t he loss brought by t he uncertainty . 不确定性、风险与风险规避
不确定性的含义不确定性( uncertainty ) 是指可能出现一种以上的情况, 但我们并不知道会是哪一种的状态。经济活动中的不确定性可分为两类: 一类是市场不确定性, 即每个人对他本人的偏好
、资 1. 1 源禀赋、生产机会拥有完全的信息, 但不知道其他经济主体的供给和需求。这类不确定性是由经济系统内生决定的。另一类是事件不确
