题目轨道交通票务管理
摘要
地铁,轻轨以其安全、舒适、方便、快捷等突出优点成为大城市改善交通结构,构筑立体交通运输网络,解决交通拥挤难题,改善城市环境的最佳方案。票务系统做为轨道交通系统的一个重要的组成部分,它除了是轨道交通收费的主要手段外,还在现代化管理方面发挥了重要作用。轨道交通的票务管理及其相关研究包括:应用规则和票务业务流程,运营管理模式和运作模式及维护管理模式,系统建设的架构。本文论述票务组织管理在城市轨道交通运营企业中的核心作用,说明票务收入是轨道交通运营的经济命脉,票务管理又是轨道交通运营管理最主要的部分,票务组织管理水平的高低是衡量企业经营管理水平的重要标志。本文从国内城市轨道交通票务组织管理的现状入手,确立票务组织管理的核心位置,分为四部分阐述票务管理的要性。第一部分介绍了我国轨道交通的发展现状;第二部分介绍票务管理的详细内容,第三部分阐述客服中心岗工作职责,最后对提高票务管理效率提出建议。

Abstract
The subway, light rail, with its safe, comfortable, convenient,fast advantage into big cities to improve the traffic structure,construct the three-dimensional work, solve the problem of heavy traffic,the best way to improve the urban environment. Ticketing system as a rail transit system is an important part of it besides is a major means of rail transit fees,also played an important role in modern management. Rail transit ticket management and related research include: ticketing business processes,application rules and operation management mode and the mode of operation and maintenance management pattern,the architecture of the system construction. This paper discusses the anization and management in the core function of urban rail transit operation enterprise,that ticket e is the economic lifeline of the rail transit operations,ticketing management is the most important part of rail transit operation management, ticketing level anization and management is to measure the important symbol of the levels of enterprise management. This paper with the current situation of domestic urban rail transit anization and management,establish the anization and management of the core position,is divided into four parts in this paper,the ticketing management to sex. The first part introduces the current development of rail transit in our country. The second part introduces the detailed content of ticket management,the third part expounds customer service center on job responsibilities,finally puts forward Suggestions to impro
