摘要:如今全国各省、各地区正在建设本地区卫星定位连续运行基准站网,本文提出地方 CORS
的建设和运行,主要由测绘气象地震部门牵头联合建设,实现三网合一,多用途并举,采用
多方筹措资金,实现多部门多领域共建共享,避免重复建设和资源浪费。主要探讨了在省域
建立 CORS 项目的技术途径和方法。

Abstract: Now the provinces regions are building this area satellite positioning
continuous operation reference work, this paper puts forward the
construction and operation of the local CORS, mainly by the surveying and mapping
meteorological earthquake department lead joint construction, realize the
combination of s, multi-purpose simultaneously, using various financing,
realizing the co-construction and sharing many departments field, so as to avoid
duplicated construction and the waste of resources. This paper mainly discusses the
provincial establish CORS project technical ways and the CORS
construction goal, the construction department of demand analysis, foreign, domestic
application situation analysis, project construction content, CORS structure, CORS
the preliminary design,etc.

1 前言
连续运行参考站系统(Continuously Operating Reference Stations,CORS)是目前国际
上主要的地面地理信息采集设施,是卫星定位技术、计算机网络技术、数字通讯技术等高新
科技多方位、深度结晶的产物。CORS 系统由基准站网、数据处理中心、数据传输系统、定位
