苯与液化气中的C4混合烯烃的烷基化反应

摘要
实验室通常使用氢氟酸或者氯化铝作为催化剂进行烷基化反应得到C4~C14烷基苯的混合物。但是由于HF和AlCl3具有强腐蚀性,对生产装置要求很高,工艺流程复杂,环境污染严重,所以近年来环保型催化剂的研发受到广泛关注。特别是生态环境日益恶化,人类环保意识日益增强今天,在车用汽油中芳烃含量、烯烃含量、蒸汽压受到限制的情况下,烷基化油成为新配方汽油的理想组分,使它的生产越来越受到广泛关注。从生产工艺角度考虑,烷基化工艺较之烯烃叠合工艺,可以更充分利用炼油厂气体资源的优势。
本文通过对ZSM-5催化剂进行改性,并基于改性ZSM-5,进行苯与液化气C4混合烯烃气相烷基化反应的研究。通过正交法研究了反应温度、反应压力、苯烯物质的量比等因素对烷基化反应产物的影响。
结果表明,改性ZSM-5催化剂催化苯与液化气混合烯烃的烷基化反应,具有较好的烷基化选择性和烯烃转化率。基于改性ZSM-5催化剂的苯与混合烯烃的气相烷基化反应的较佳工艺条件为:反应温度330~340℃,~,~,~1h-1。

Abstract
Linear alkylbenzene (LAB) is a basic and important petrochemical interme-diate for manufacturing of synthetic is usually mixture of C9~C14 alkylbenzene obtained by the alkylation of benzene with mixed olefins us ing hydrofluoric acid or aluminum chloride as the catalysts. However, due to strong corrosive HF and AlCl_3 for demanding production facilities, plex and serious environmental pollution in recent years, the development of environment-friendly catalyst for widespread concern. Especially in today's environment is deteriorating, a growing awareness of the human environment, motor gasoline aromatics content, olefin content, vapor pressure under restricted conditions, alkylation of oil as the ponents of reformulated gasoline, the production of it More and more attention. Production process from the point of view, than the olefin alkylation posite technology, can more fully use the advantages of refinery gas resources.
Based on the modified ZSM-5 catalyst and is based on modified ZSM-5, benzene and liquefied petroleum gas C4 mixed olefin alkylation reaction. Orthogonal method of the reaction temperature, reaction pressure, the molar ratio of phenylene, feed space velocity and other factors on the impact of alkylation reaction.
The results showed that the modified ZSM-5 catalyst gas mixture of benzene and olefin alkylation, alkylation with good selec
