Abstract:
Through its welding method of magnesium alloy and the research , For magnesium alloys are reviewed in this performance, composition, use and characteristics, and magnesium alloy welding performance . Friction stir welding is introduced , Contrast the friction stir welding of magnesium alloys and other welding methods of magnesium alloys , Explain the advantages and disadvantages of the friction stir welding . Analysis the magnesium alloy welding characteristics, the main factors affect welding performance, advantages and disadvantages . Through the metallographic observation, observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and some hardness testing analyzes the sets of ponents . And contrast the stand or fall of each style weld . Summarizes the weld moulding stand or fall reasons . And analysis the Influence of friction stir welding properties magnesium alloy of parameters . Summarizes the quality of friction stir welding of magnesium alloy , technical characteristics , research methods and looking to the future development situation .
