【摘要】目的探讨两种巩膜外手术方式治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的效果。方法随机对我院220例孔源性视网膜脱离病人分别实施了巩膜环扎、外加压+冷凝+放液(或不放液)术及巩膜外加压+冷凝+放液(或不放液)术。其中复杂性视网膜脱离70例,非复杂性视网膜脱离150例。结果两种手术方式对复杂性RRD和非复杂性RRD的效果均无统计学意义,%,%。结论巩膜外手术对非复杂性视网膜脱离是一种行之有效的手术。复杂性视网膜脱离则最好行玻璃体视网膜手术。而巩膜环扎在视网膜脱离手术中并非完全必要。

【Abstract】【Objective】To evalutate the clinical effects of patients with rhegmategenous retinal detachment(RRD)treated with outer-scleral operation.【Methods】220 cases with RRD at our hospital were analysed were 70 cases suffering plicated RRD and 150 cases from plicated were performed with encircling scleral bucking associated
with cryotherapy and drainage(or without drainge)or scleral bucking associated with cryotherapy and drainage(or without drainge)respectively.【Results】No significant difference was shown between the two operation for plicated RRD plicated rate of anatomic retinal attachment of plicated RRD reaches %,while that plicated RRD stands at %.【Conclusions】Outer-scleral operation is a kind of effective surgery to treat plicated RRD,
