摘要
本实验主要研究利用植物纤维(竹粉)制造可降解的一次性餐具,该餐具是由植物纤维粉、黏结剂、添加剂和水按一定的比例混合,通过液压机压制而成。通过不断的调整配方、配比来制得餐具,观察每一个变化的参数对制品外观颜色、质量和光洁度的影响,另外,合理的温度、压力等成型参数也对结果有一定的影响。根据对比的结果不断改进方案,将得到的制品做强度、防水防油性能测试等。结果表明,在施胶量满足,其余参数相同的情况下,80目的竹粉做出的制品,表面质量最好,强度达标,且成形效果也比较好;施胶量为17%时最佳,而且用滑石粉的润滑效果比用碳酸钙好,用硬脂酸钙的增塑效果比硬脂酸好。

Biomass Fiber Molding of Biodegradable Disposable Tableware
Abstract
Herein, we studied the use of plant fibers (bamboo powder) manufacturing biodegradable disposable tableware, the tableware is made of vegetable fiber powder, binder, additives and water by mixing a certain proportion, through the hydraulic press repression. Through continuous adjustment formula, the ratio to be obtained tableware, observe every change in the appearance of the color parameters of products, quality and finish of the other, a reasonable temperature, and pressure molding parameters have a certain impact on the results. According to the results paring the continuous improvement of programs, will be the product to do strength, performance testing, water and oil. The results show that the glue content met, other parameters being equal, the 80-purpose flour made of bamboo products, the best surface quality, pliance, and the results would be better shape; Sizing capacity of 17% best, and the lubricating effect with talc better than calcium carbonate, calcium separate plasticized with results better than satiric acid.
