摘要
“民以食为天”,餐饮行业可以说是社会发展不可磨灭的行业,作为餐饮的经营场所,餐厅便是其发展必须的载体;随着经济全球化的不断发展和中外文化的不断交流,西餐厅也便应运而生啦,并渐渐成为大多数星级酒店不可或缺的组成部分,而对于一家新酒店而言,西餐厅在试营业期间管理的好坏,直接影响着餐厅后续经营的好坏,同时也影响了整个酒店后续的发展,因此如何做好西餐厅在试营业期间的管理对于一家新的星级酒店而言就显得尤为重要啦

Abstract
“To the people foodstuff is all-important”, the restaurant industry can be said to be indelible industry with the social development. It,s as dining establishments, restaurants carrier is necessary for restaurant industry development; With the continuous development of economic globalization, exchange and foreign culture, Western restaurants also e into being friends, and gradually e the integral part of majority-star hotel , and for a new hotel, the restaurant business during the trial management directly affect the subsequent operation of the restaurant good or bad, but also affected the entire subsequent development of , how to do the management of western restaurant during the trial operation is particularly important for a new star hotel.
