Abstract
Willy Loman, the hero of Death of a salesman is a 63 years old traveling salesman .After many years, he suddenly realized that he was neither petent husband nor father. Whether according to his any other’s standard, neither of his two brothers was excellent, his career had already out of practice, too. So he had to escape reality to his memory about past.
At the beginning of the play, his two brothers came back home at the same time, they felt worried about father’s unpractical conversation and also worried about virtuous mother could not bear such pressure. A
