摘要: 邻苯二甲酸酯是一类全球性的重要污染物,本课题进行了9种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物的模拟曝气生物降解行为研究。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸酯的降解速率常数(kb)与其烷基链长度之间存在良好的相关性,lnkb=-- (r=)。降解半衰期与烷基链长度同时存在相关,t1/2=-- (r=)。

Aerobic Degradation of 9 Phthalic Acid Esters

Abstracts: Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are a group of global environmental pollutants. In this paper, biodegradation experiments of 9 PAEs were carried out with acclimated inoculation The results showed that biodegradation rate constants(kb) of 9 PAEs decreased, and biodegradation half-life time(t1/2) increased,with the increase of alkyl chain length; There have been correlations between alkyl chain length and biodegradation rate constant or half-life time, relational equation: lnkb=-- (r=),t1/2=-- (r=)。

1 前言
邻苯二甲酸酯(简称PAEs)通常用作农药载体、驱虫剂、化妆品、香味品、润滑剂、以及去泡剂的生产原料;较高分子量的PAEs因其具有稳定性、流动性和低挥发性,也被广泛用作塑料增强剂和改性剂[1,2]。商品化使用的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物约有14种,其中6种被美国EPA列为优污染物[3];3种被我国列为先监测污染物[4]。有证据表明,邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物中约一半是环境激素[5,6]。据报导,在土壤、水体、大气、生物甚至人体等自然环境和人类环境中都已发现邻苯二
