3 Is the facility enclosed by a fence or security wall? Patrol inspection conducted and recorded for fence, CCTV, anti-intrusion system, lighting? 工厂周围是否有安全隔离墙?TV监控系统、防盗系统、照明系统、门窗等并记录?
4 Is anti-intrusion system installed at main exits & packing & whse? Have backup power? Operated in non-working hour? Linked to security office or police station? Weekly test records kept? Trigger records kept? 主要出入口及包装仓库等是否安装防盗系统?该系统是否配备备用电源或电池?是否在非工作时间启动?该系统是否连接至工厂保安控制中心或派出所?每星期测试记录及日常触发记录?每半年外部机构测试记录?
