摘要
在当今全球经济一体化市场机制日益成熟以及加入的环境下
家装企业将面临更加激烈的国内国际竞争作为进入壁垒较低劳动力
密集型管理水平普遍不高的行业人才是所有企业竞争的根本所在
如何在传统产业中充分发挥现代人力资源管理的作用使之成为企业不
断发展壮大的动力并形成最终的竞争优势是每个企业必须考虑的问
题
公司是具有年建材零售历史的英国集团和国内某集团于
年在上海兴建的合资公司几年来在良好的宏观环境下凭借独
特的经营模式和先进的管理理念以及优质的施工质量和客户服务在
国内家装市场中占据了领导地位成为行业内的领头羊随着公司的不
断发展壮大对人力资源的管理又提出了更高的要求
本文采用理论研究和实际调研相结合的方法结合家装行业的特点
对公司人力资源结构现状和存在问题进行分析详细介绍了公司
在当前情况下战略性人力资源体系构建的目的和具体方法并围绕组织
结构激励绩效评估和培训等方面做了探讨初步形成了公司战略
性人力资源管理系统

THE ANALYSIS PANY BQ’S
STRATEGIC HR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Against the background of globalization economy maturing of marketing
system and entering WTO, home-panies will face fiercer
competitions all over the world. The talented person is the petitive
factor in the home-decoration industry because of its low entry barrier, labor
concentration paratively low management level. It is necessary for
any home-pany to consider how to make modern HR
management to be a strong force to push itself to continuously develop and
how to gain petition advantage.
In 2000 BQ was founded in Shanghai which was jointly invested by a
large SOE and multi-national construction materials retailer from England
with a history of 35 years. For more than four years since established with
great macro-economy condition and its advanced management idea as well as
super quality products and excellent customer service BQ has attained a very
important position in the market and e one of the best leaders in the

industry. Now BQ is keeping expanding its scale in China, which requires
human resource management to be upgraded.
With the method of theory research and practical survey analysis of its
current HR system as well as the features of home-decoration industry, the
