Study on the Improvement of Production Planning Management in pany
Abstract
Enterprise in order oriented production mode iS facing many uncertain example,equipment failure,personnel flow and emergency orders, uncertain factors put forward a severe test for timely delivery of the terms of manufacturing enterprises,how to deliver the production on time iS one of the most important things in enterprise the same time,one of the most important task in management iS making ,it iS necessary for enterprise in order oriented production mode to strengthen the plan management to survive in the petition in the market which iS helpful for improving production efficiency and production profit.
According to the theory of the plan management and the actual situation pany. the bines theory and practice,and puts forward the question,solution and supporting measures to improve the plan management of thesis gives a brief
introduction to pany’S general situation and business process,and points out the current situation,existing problems and problem analysis of plan management in pany. Secondly,the plan management and control system including aggregate plan for production, master production schedule,material requirements planning and production planning and scheduling of pany is proposed to improve the current ensure the tmprovement of the plan management of thesis puts forward four safeguard
measures including lmprovmg plan management consciousness of employees,institutional guarantee,information construction and improving the equipment management.
The thesis not only puts forward the suitable plan management improvement scheme
which provides a certain practical value for improving work efficiency of pany,but also provides reference for 0ther enterprises in order oriented production mode to ireprove plan management.
