高职物流专业一体化培养体系研究

摘要

随着社会经济发展对各层次物流人才需求的急速增长,我国物流教
育得到了快速发展。目前物流专业已成为高职院校的热门专业之一,据
教育部高教司的统计,目前开设物流类专业的高等院校已达 308 所。因
此,在高职院校物流教育不断发展的情况下,如何根据市场的需要,形
成与地方经济发展相适应、与专业特点相符合、与物流企业需求相吻合
的人才培养模式,是目前物流专业的教学改革中值得思考的问题。本文
正是基于这样的背景,拟通过对现有物流专业培养体系的研究,并深入
企业及学校调研实践,制定出适应现代高职物流教育的新一轮人才培养
方案。
本文首先分析了物流行业背景、国外物流类课程特点、专业特点等,
同时对物流专业现行课程体系、企业与毕业生对教学的反馈意见等进行
广泛调研并查阅相关资料与文献,最后根据企业对人才的要求,以及提
高学生就业竞争力的要求,在知识、能力、素质三个方面,运用 CBE 理
论,以上海某职业技术学院为研究平台,确定了物流专业新的人才培养
目标与规格、归纳出适合物流专业新的课程体系,同时根据职业教育的
特点对物流专业课程的实施提出了一些方法。新一轮人才培养方案所要
达到的最终目的是实现毕业生的高就业率,同时也希望能够对我国高等

职业教育的人才培养问题有所借鉴和启示。

STUDY ON UNIFORM SYSTEM OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
FOR LOGISTICS

ABSTRACT

With rapid growth in requirement for all kinds of logistics talents by the
development of social economy, the education for logistics in China has been
developed obviously. Now logistics has been one of the most favorite
specialties in Chinese colleges of vocational education. According to the data
of Secretary of Higher Education in Ministry of Education, there are now
three hundreds and eight colleges who have specialties of logistics. So with
the development of logistics education, it’s time to think about how to
develop a unique logistics education mode according with market
requirement and characteristic of specialty to fulfill the requirement of
panies and the development of local economy. Base on this
industrial environment, this thesis tried to find out a new solution of talents
developing for vocational education of logistics through studying current
situation and investigation or practice panies and colleges.
