摘要:人工挖孔灌注桩是指在桩位采用人工挖掘的方法成孔,然后安放钢筋笼,浇注混凝土而成的用以支撑上部结构的一种桩基础形式。宜昌港三宁化工专用码头工程栈桥采用了人工挖孔灌注桩的基础形式。2006年本项目由我公司完成施工图设计,根据建设单位的要求,工程施工时,我公司派设计代表驻现场服务。本人结合在施工现场服务实际情况,对人工挖孔灌注桩的施工工艺及方法作一简要的分析论述。

一、工程概况
宜昌港三宁化工专用码头工程由堆场和浮码头组成,堆场主要是大量的土石方工程组成,浮码头上部结构为钢引桥和钢桁架,下部为人工挖孔桩。该工程人工挖孔灌注桩桩长8m~15m不等,共计12根,桩径为φ1200,灌注桩要求进入微风化岩5m左右。工程地质条件自上而下主要为含碎石粉质粘土层、全风化泥岩及中等风化泥岩。
二、人工挖孔灌注桩施工
(一)施工机具
主要有锹、镐、土筐、铲等挖土工具;随着挖孔深度的增加,使用的工具还有提土袋、手摇辘轳、软绳梯、风镐等;另外因挖孔过程中有地下水,所以还使用了潜水泵等排水工具。
(二)施工顺序
测放轴线→测放开挖池→桩孔开挖、作护壁→吊放钢筋笼→浇筑桩身混凝土。
(三)施工工艺
在施工过程中,由于地下水的出现以及软弱土层的存在,为确保工人挖土过程中土体不致滑塌,避免质量、安全事故的发生,必须采取有效的护壁措施。在该工程的施工中,采取了砖砌护壁、钢护筒护壁。
1、测量放线
采用捷创力全站仪极坐标法进行各桩位的放样。在已知的各桩位上放出井圈位置,井圈的直径略大于桩径
