摘要:目的观察耳穴压豆用于肛肠病术后患者减轻创口疼痛的疗效。方法选择肛肠病术后患者80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组使用耳穴压豆控制疼痛,对照组使用药物控制疼痛,两组治疗后采用调查问卷进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗组的疼痛控制总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的85%。结论耳穴压豆用于肛肠病术后患者减轻创口疼痛的疗效显著且成本低廉,资源充足,操作及护理方便,值得临床推广和应用。

Ear Beans Used in Postoperative Patients with Anorectal Disease Clinical Research at the Wound Pain

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the ear beans used in postoperative patients with anorectal disease reduce the curative effect of wound pain. MethodsChoose 80 cases of postoperative patients with anorectal disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in treatment group use ear pain control, the control group using medications to control pain, 2 set of questionnaire is adopted to improve the clinical curative effect evaluation after treatment. Results The treatment group the pain control of the total effective rate was 95%, significantly higher than 85% in the control group. ConclusionEar beans used in postoperative patients with anorectal disease curative effect is distinct wound pain and low cost, sufficient resources, convenient operation and nursing, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
