摘要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织,全球化进程进一步加速,中国经济更加趋于市场化。市场经济的基本特征之一是竞争,一切竞争归根到底是人才竞争。因此做好人才的吸收、培育、激励和保留工作是现代企业获取竞争优势的关键。
出于成本考虑,生产型企业一般采取比较经济的留用人才策略,而这些策略恰恰是企业留用人才的基本策略。所以本文以生产型企业的人才为对象;研究生产型企业留用人才的各种策略。
本文从员工流动、员工满意、员工需要等理论知识出发,分析生产型企业自身特点和人才需求及满意度影响因素,以研究生产型企业留用人才策略,并根据其对人才满意度影响的重要程度由强到弱依次分为关键策略、完善策略和其它策略,以便各企业依据自身的特点和成本预算情况选择采用。
本篇论文共分六个部分。第~部分介绍了入世后企业面临的市场变化与人才竞争的重要性,生产型企业面临人才争夺困难,提出分析人才保留策略的需要。第二部分从企业员工流动出发,分析员工主动离职的原因和员工满意度影响因素,探寻员工需要以便有针对性地对其实施激励。同时介绍了员工需要调查和员工满意度调查两种分析方法。第三部分分析了生产型企业特点、人才需求及满意度影响因素。第四部分在前面的理论和分析基础上,总结出生产型企业留用人才的基本策略、完善策略和其它策略。第五部分介绍了M公司通过进行员工满意度抽样调查来分析企业留用人才策略的案例。第六部分结束语概括了本文分析的方法和重要结论。

Abstract
Given China’s World anization entry and advancing globalization,China’s economy is pushing forward its step to a more market—oriented one. Competition is one of basic features of market economy,while the key of petitions is petition of talents. Therefore,doing a good job in talents attraction,development, motivation and retention is crucial to modern enterprises in a bid to
gain petitive advantages.
Considering costs,production enterprises mostly Use less—costly retention strategies that are the most the article is concerned about retention strategies for production enterprises.
Based on theoretical knowledge about employee turnover,employee satisfaction and employee demands,etc.,features of demands and main
factors of talents’satisfaction in production enterprises are analyzed to conclude retention strategies. Since their effects on talents’satisfaction from strong to weak,the strategies are grouped as basic strategies, improvement strategies and other strategies so as enterprises to choose according to their demands and costs.
