两种水稻中几种营养成分的研究
摘要
大米是人们生活中不可缺少的食品,是我国人民最喜欢吃的传统食品,市场需求很大。随着社会的进步,人民生活水平的提高,人们对大米的质量要求逐渐增加,同时对大米的品质提出了更高的要求,绿色水稻应运而生。绿色水稻的种植,对于化肥和农药的施用有一定的限制,而目前种植绿色水稻的技术相对已经成熟很多,产量增加,给稻民带来效益。本文是对一种绿色大米和一种普通大米中钙、钾、锌、铜、磷元素及蛋白质应用原子吸收分光光度法、紫外分光光度法、凯氏定氮法进行测定,分析两种米对人体的有益程度。
绿色水稻中钙、锌元素及蛋白质含量大于普通水稻中的含量,绿色水稻中钾、铜、磷元素含量小于普通水稻中的含量。

Research of several nutrition ingredient in two kinds of paddy rice
Abstract
The rice is the people lives essential food, is traditional food which our country people most like eating, the market demand is very with society's progress, lives of the people level enhancement, the people increase gradually to the rice quality requirement, simultaneously set a higher request to the rice quality,the green paddy rice arises at the historic green paddy rice's planter, has certain limit regarding the chemical fertilizer and the agricultural chemicals employment, but at present planted the green paddy rice the technology relatively already to be mature very much, the output increased, the people brought the benefit for the rice. This article is to in one kind of green rice and one kind of ordinary rice the calcium, the potassium, the zinc, the copper, the phosphorus element and the protein using the atomic absorption spectrophotometric method, the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method, the kelvin fixation of nitrogen carries on the determination, analyzes two kind of rice to the human body beneficial degree.
In the green paddy rice the calcium, the zinc element and the protein content are bigger than in the ordinary paddy rice the content, in the green paddy rice the potassium, copper, the phosphorus element content are smaller than in the ordinary paddy rice's content.
