摘要
直流电机控速系统,对于我们的生活应用有着重要的意义,现在有些工作还是需要人为的控制直流电机转速,但是某些场合往往要求直流电机的转速能够自动的在一定范围能够调节,例如:电车、机床、洗衣机等。因此本设计能够更好的适应现实发展需求,同时能够减轻人为操作的负担。
本文介绍了基于单片机的直流电机控速系统设计。系统以 AT89S52为核心,具有数码管显示、键盘控制的功能。硬件电路包括AT89S52单片机小系统电路、数码管显示电路、键盘电路、直流电机测速电路几部分。再通过C语言编程对各模块进行调试,最后达到设计要求的效果。这种实现方法的优点是电路简单,性能可靠,操作简单,编程容易。
此次设计与制作就是为了了解单片机控制直流电机速度的原理。在设计上,采用控制领域最常用的键盘控制,直流电机的调速控制为主要内容。这次的设计利用protel DXP完成了原理图设计、利用C语言编程完成软件设计,使得直流电机有启停及调速控制的功能。最后通过对硬件焊接及软件调试,实现最初的设计构想。另外,由于AT89S52芯片体积小,功耗低,价格便宜,安全可靠,稍加修改就可以改变其控制功能,因而具有较好的应用前景。

ABSTRACT
The direct current machine controls the fast system, has the vital significance regarding ours life application, now some work need the artificial control direct current machine rotational speed, but certain situations often request direct current machine's rotational speed to be able automatic to be able to adjust in certain scope, for example: Cable car, engine bed, washer and so on. Therefore this design can the better adaptation reality development demand, simultaneously be able to reduce the artificial operation the burden.
This article introduced controls the fast system design based on monolithic integrated circuit's direct current machine. The system take AT89S52 as a core, has the nixietube to demonstrate, the keyboard controls function. The hardware circuit including at89S52 monolithic integrated circuit small system circuit, the nixietube display circuit, the keyboard electric circuit, the direct current machine measures fast electric circuit several parts of modules. Carries on the debugging again through the C language programming to various modules, finally achieves the design requirements the effect. This kind realizes the method merit is the electric circuit is simple, the perform reliably, the simplicity of operator, the programming is easy.
This design and
