基于计量经济理论的新造油轮与散货船价格研究
摘要
随着世界经济的新一轮发展,航运业获得了良好的发展契机,从
而推动了船舶市场的空前发展。新造船市场作为航运相关市场之一,
也出现了前所未有的景气。新造船市场的波动对船东和金融机构等投
资者的经营决策具有深远的影响。因此,研究新造船价格及其主要决
定因素对于市场参与者的决策意义重大。
本文在对新造船市场的一般规律性概述的基础上,吸收了国外学
者的研究成果,通过运用计量经济理论(主要是协整理论)与方法,综
合资产定价法、基于成本法和供应-需求法中的价格决定因素并加入
海运量,针对油轮与散货船两个市场的各个细分市场建立了新造船价
格误差修正模型。根据分析发现,每个细分市场具有各自独特的特征。
因此,为了更好地理解每个市场,必须在划分船型的基础上研究市场
(价格)的变化规律。文章引用数据主要来自 Clarkson,因而船型的划
分也是参照它的标准。
文章通过分析新造船市场(价格)的变化规律,发现新造船价格仍
然是受成本驱动的。从短期来看,二手船价格也会对新造船价格产生
重大的影响。与此同时,文章还介绍了一种研究航运市场变化规律的
建模策略,可以作为研究其他市场(运输市场、二手船市场和拆船市
场等)的一种参考工具。此外,本文还基于计量经济商业周期研究目
的比较了误差修正模型与自回归移动平均模型的预测性能。如果想同

时实现经典的 EBCR 的目的,误差修正理论模型仍然是首选模型。最
后,由于新造船价格也受资产定价和投机因素的驱动,文章提出了一
种可供船舶投资者决策的参考工具,即二手船价格与新造船价格的比
率。

Study on Price of Newbuilding Tanker & Bulk Carrier
Based on Econometric Theory
Abstract
With a new round development of world economy, shipping
obtained good opportunity of development, which pushed unprecedented
progress of ship markets. As one of shipping rated market, newbuilding
market took on unprecedented prosperity. Fluctuation of newbuilding
market has deep effect on the run decision of investors, such as
ship-owner, anization. Therefore, researching on the price of
newbuilding and its main determinants has great implication for actor of
market.
On the basis of summarizing general rule of newbuilding market,
this thesis absorbed research achievement of oversea scholars and built
ECM of newbuiling price according to every subdivision market about
tanker market and bulk carrier market by using econometric theory,
mainly co-integration theory, integrating determinants of price among
asset pricing, cost based and supply-demand and adding shipping volume.
