六西格玛管理在松江李尔的应用研究
摘要
六西格玛管理以数据和事实为依据、以满足和超越客户需求为主旨、
以基于对生产和服务流程的持续改进为根本、以提高效率和缩减成本为
目标、以全员参与、建立和改善企业文化为灵魂。六西格玛管理在摩托
罗拉、通用电气的巨大成就,引起了全世界的高度关注,众多企业也在
引进中发现了其价值所在。
目前,国内也有不少企业在实施六西格玛管理并取得了初步成效。
但是,更多的中国本土企业对六西格玛管理体系还是十分陌生,在认识
上存在种种误区,更不知如何具体实施。本文就此展开研究,希望能起到
抛砖引玉的作用,呼吁更多的人来关心和参与六西格玛事业的发展。
本文首先阐明了写作的背景、目的和研究的内容;其次,阐述了六
西格玛管理的发展历程、基本概念、作用、价值观、组织结构、改进模
式、常用工具和常用软件;然后结合松江李尔推行六西格玛管理的具体
实践,说明了六西格玛管理的实施步骤, 用现场数据统计分析,真实的
展现了流程改进前后的差异与效果;最后,通过对松江李尔公司实施六
西格玛管理进行了分析总结,并提出了具体建议。
总之,六西格玛管理作为一种先进、严谨的管理体系,对企业发展
有着深远而重大的影响。本文呼吁中国本土企业管理者应当从战略的高

MANAGEMENT AND APPLICATION
IN SONGJIANG LEAR
ABSTRACT
Six Sigma is based on data and facts, principally aimed on satisfying and exceeding
customer requirement, on the basis of continuous improvement of manufacture and
service process, targeted on raising efficiency and reducing cost,as all staff participating
and establishing and improving the cu1ture of enterprise qua1ity as its sou1.
The great ess of Six Sigma Management in Motorola and GE is drawing high
attention world-widely. More and more enterprises have discovered the value of Six
Sigma Management in practice.
At present, there are some domestic enterprises implementing Six Sigma
Management and have achieved big ess. However, more domestic enterprises are not
familiar with this advance management system. They have kinds of erroneous
understanding and do not know how to apply Six Sigma Management into real business.
This dissertation focuses on study on this issue. I hope it will bring us much better
good idea about Six Sigma from others and appeal to more and more people for Six Sigma.
