摘要
原子或分子的不同排列方式决定了物质的不同宏观性能,同样,对于颗粒构成的材料,各种粒子的大小和组成比例变化也将对材料的物理力学性能产生显著影响。沥青混合料是一种典型的颗粒材料,矿质颗粒的不同级配决定了其不同的路用性能。而目前在沥青混合料矿料级配的设计方法中均是
以Fuller最大密度曲线理论为基础发展起来各种经验算法,使设计的级配与路用性能间很难建立直接的相关关系,必须通过后续系列的性能检验方可进行可行性评定。本文借鉴理想二元球体的堆积特性,依据现行公路工程集料试验规程中规定的干捣实密度试验方法及自行提出的矿质混合料剪切强度的直接测试试验方法,研究了两种不同粒径的矿料以不同质量比(体积比)混合时,其堆积特性的变化规律,并由试验结果建立了二组分矿质混合料空隙率与粒径比、质量比之间的数学模型。试验结果可为逐级填充的矿料级配设计方法提供依据,并从根本上为沥青混合料矿料级配的体积设计方法提供理论基础。

Abstract
Different arrangement of atoms or molecules determines different macroscopic properties of the matter, in the same way, the variation of particle size position will also have a significant impact on the physical and mechanical properties of posed of particles.
Asphalt mixture is a type of granular materials, different gradings of mineral aggregates determine their different road performances. At present, various empirical algorithms have been developed based on the Fuller maximum density curve among grading design of the mineral aggregates, however, it is difficult to establish a direct correlation between the designed grading and its road performance, and must be evaluated through a series of road performance tests subsequently. Density test according to the test methods in the current spicifications and direct shear strength test in terms of self-made test method were carried out on dry aggregates. Based on packing characteristics of the ideal binary sphere system, the packing properties of binary systems of mineral posed of two different size of aggregates with different mass ratio were invstigated, (volume ratio)into its evolution of accumulation properties, and a model to predict the porosity according to corresponding size ratio and mass ratio of the binary systems is put forward. The results can provide the basis for the stage filling grading design method and provide a fundamentally theoretical basis for volume design method of aggregate grading of asp
