摘要
道德认知和道德行为关系理论是美德伦理学中一个重要的理论,而意志薄弱问题则是道德认知与道德行为关系中一个极为重要的问题,主要是探讨人们的行为是否会违背他们的最佳判断的问题。在西方,最早对该问题作出论述的是苏格拉底。在经过一段相当长时间的休眠后,意志薄弱问题是以关于行动解释争论的结果重现哲学舞台的。但是国外对意志薄弱问题的研究的专著比较少,且对这个
问题至今仍无定论,因而还有待我们进一步的研究。
然而国内由于伦理学发展的比较晚,因而至今仍没有学者对意志薄弱这个问题做系统、全面的研究。可以说国内对这个问题的认识与研究是相当缺乏的。本
文主要通过对Jeanne Pei jnenburg的博士论文Acting Against One s Best
Judgement的研究,来了解意志薄弱问题的概要、历史以及当代西方哲学界研究此问题的看法和解决方法。在此基础上认识到意志薄弱问题的重要性,纠正我们平常一些错误的认识。
本文拟解决的关键问题有两点:一是从Jeanne Peijnenburg的论文及相关的外文资料中了解到意志薄弱问题的实质以及国外学者是如何看待这个问题的; 二是通过国外学者对此问题的解决意见来运用到我们的美德伦理学的研究中,让国内伦理学研究能重视到这个问题,以及为我们的德育和社会道德建设提供值得
借鉴的理论经验。

Abst ract
Moral cognition and moral behavior theory is a theory of Ethics,Akrasia problem is mon-sense,and the main act was to explore whether people would be contrary to his best the West,Socrates is the first to address this a very long period of dormancy,Akrasia action on the issue is to explain the results of reproducibility philosophical debate Akrasia abroad on the
